1. About Us

Finovation Media Limited (“Finovation Media”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is a company incorporated in England and Wales. We provide business-to-business (B2B) digital marketing and media services to corporate clients.

2. Scope of Services

We provide professional marketing services, which may include but are not limited to:

  • Digital media planning and campaign management
  • Programmatic advertising services
  • Marketing strategy and consultancy
  • Campaign execution and reporting

All services are provided exclusively to corporate clients under agreed commercial terms.

3. Eligibility & B2B Use Only

Our services are available only to legal entities acting in the course of business.
We do not provide services to private individuals, consumers, or end users.

By engaging our services, the client confirms that it is acting as a business entity and has the authority to enter into binding commercial agreements.

4. Fees, Pricing & Invoicing

Fees for services are agreed on a campaign-by-campaign or project basis, depending on scope, duration, geography, and media requirements.

Pricing models may include:

  • Fixed campaign fees
  • Media management or service fees

All fees are invoiced to the client in accordance with agreed terms. Invoices are payable within the timeframe specified on the invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Payments

Payments may be settled via fiat currency or cryptocurrency, subject to agreement between the parties.

Where cryptocurrency payments are accepted:

  • Payments are made solely for invoiced services

  • Any cryptocurrency received may be converted immediately into fiat currency

  • We do not provide custody, wallet, escrow, or payment services to third parties

6. No Custody of Funds / No Payment Processing

Finovation Media Limited:

  • Does not hold, manage, or safeguard client or third-party funds
  • Does not process payments on behalf of end users or consumers
  • Does not operate as a payment service provider, money transmitter, or financial institution

All payments received are strictly for settlement of our own invoices for services rendered.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate information and materials required for service delivery
  • Ensuring their activities comply with applicable laws and regulations in relevant jurisdictions
  • Holding all necessary licences and approvals for their business activities

We do not provide legal, regulatory, or compliance advice.

8. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • All intellectual property created by Finovation Media remains our property until full payment is received
  • Upon payment, the client receives a licence to use deliverables for their intended business purposes

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Finovation Media Limited shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential losses
  • Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities

Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by the client for the relevant services.

10. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public commercial or technical information disclosed in connection with the services.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate services in accordance with the terms set out in the relevant service agreement or invoice.

Outstanding fees for services already rendered remain payable upon termination.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
